Terms & Conditions of Agreement

        

The terms and conditions for booking our villa are listed below.

 Bookings and Deposit

  • The signing of the booking form by the party leader confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions set out and shall be binding on the person(s) booking and intending to occupy the premises.

  • We regret that we are unable to accept parties of guests who are all under the age of 21.

  • No pets accepted. 

  • For the comfort of guests smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the villa. however smoking is permitted outside at the patio area.

  • In order to confirm your booking a (non-refundable) deposit of £100 / $160 per week is required within 7 days of your initial reservation

Security Deposit

  • A (refundable) security deposit of £150 / $250 is required at the time of due balance (this may be in the form of a separate cheque which will be returned to you within 14 days of your return to the UK), or you opt to pay this locally to the management company on arrival.

  • The client is held responsible for any damage or breakages that may be caused to the property and its contents during your stay. All damages and faults caused or found at the home must be reported to the management company at the earliest opportunity. We reserve the right to retain the security deposit (either in part or full ) to cover breakages, damages, loss or non-return of keys. Receipts for repairs/replacements will be provided in the unlikely event that retention of the security deposit is required.

If you Cancel your Booking

  • If you or any member of your party wishes to cancel your booking, the following cancellation conditions will apply:

    • 56 days or more - Loss of deposit only.

    • Less than 56 days - 100% of due balance

  • Please ensure that you and your party have sufficient Travel Insurance to cover your losses if cancellation is due to an insured event beyond your control resulting in a financial loss.

Villa Occupancy

  • The villa is licensed for a maximum of 12 persons, including children and babies. Those persons named on the Booking Form are permitted residency of the villa for all or part of the dates booked. Any persons occupying the villa overnight and not shown on the Booking Form will be requested to vacate the premises by the management company unless otherwise agreed by the owner. In any event the number of persons occupying should not exceed the maximum.

Swimming Pool / Personal Safety

  • The villa has a private swimming pool. The owners do not accept liability for any injury sustained as a result of the use of the pool. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool. It is also requested that no glass items are used for drinking at the poolside.

  • The owners and their agents do not accept liability whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss of damage to persons or personal effects however caused as a result of use of the pool, spa or villa. It is your responsibility to ensure that children are always supervised properly in and around the pool and villa. The villa is licensed for a maximum of 12 persons, including children and babies. 

Force Majeure

  • The owners or their agents cannot accept responsibility, be responsible or be liable in respect of damage or changes caused by Force Majeure, e.g. strikes, floods, closure of airports, terrorist activities, weather conditions or other events beyond our control.  

Problems or Complaints

  • In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with the property, please contact the a management company who will do their best to assist and rectify the matter as soon as is practically possible. If the matter cannot be resolved, you should contact the owner, in writing, within 14 days of the rental period. If the problem has not been reported, as requested to the management company, the owner cannot accept any responsibility.

Insects

  • Florida has a sub-tropical climate and care must be taken with food that is left uncovered as this will attract insects very quickly. The property is regularly treated as part of a pest and termite control program. Any added costs for pest control services incurred from lack of care in this may be passed to you.
