Our beautiful two
storey 5
bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa is situated at the prestigious gated community of
The Sanctuary at Westhaven, nestling amongst orange groves and lakes,
yet only 12 minutes by car to Disney World and other major attractions.
Occupying a larger than average
plot, this is the ultimate in luxury, with 2452 sq ft of air conditioned living space.
Sumptuously furnished throughout, we can comfortably accommodate 10/12
which is great for large families or even two smaller ones.
The south facing
screened pool and Jacuzzi has an extended deck with pool furniture, a shaded lanai and a
pool bathroom with poolside shower.
The villa is just
2 minutes away from Champions gate Golf Resort, shops and restaurants.
The Interstate 4 is easily accessible, where you are only minutes away
from all the parks, major attractions, and airports (Orlando International
25 minutes and Sanford 60 minutes). The Gulf coast beaches are 90
minutes and the Kennedy space center and East coast beaches are around 1
hour.

 Our
villa has two seating areas, the Family room and the Living room.
The
spacious Family room has a glorious two storey high cathedral ceiling with fan
and overlooks the pool. There are
two stylish sofas allowing
the whole family to sit down together at the end of an
action packed day.
For
your entertainment there is a large
32 inch flat screen TV
with cable, DVD system and CD
player.

A bathroom / cloakroom is located just off the family room.
 If you
wish to escape somewhere a little quieter, why not relax in the light and airy Living
room where you will find two luxuriously comfortable sofas in which to curl up
in and read a good book (one is transformed into a large double sized bed).

 The
fabulous 'American Style' kitchen will pander to the most adventurous cook
with everything you will ever need including a large cooker, built-in Microwave,
double fridge freezer
with cubed or crushed ice and cool filtered water, double sink / waste disposal unit, dishwasher
and coffee machine.
There is a telephone
from which all local calls are free and other calls can be paid for using
most phone cards.

Should
you wish to do any laundry, we have a washing machine, tumble drier, iron
and ironing board located in a separate Utility room, which also allows internal access to the
two car garage. All bed linen and towels are provided for
your needs.

the Kitchen area. Patio doors allow you direct access to the pool deck

and Living Room and has a large luxury table and chairs for both formal and casual meals.

 The
villa contains five large
bedrooms and a double sized sofa-bed, allowing up
to 12 adults to sleep comfortably. All the bedrooms are air conditioned
and have their own ceiling fans to ensure you a comfortable and relaxing
nights sleep.
Three of the bedrooms and
two bathrooms are
located on the first floor including the Master
Suite which has a fantastic King sized bed and television with
cable.

Adjoining, the
oversized en-suite bathroom
has a Roman tub/bath, huge walk-in shower, separate toilet,
twin basins and vanity
mirrors, and there are also two large walk-in closets / wardrobes.
Walking over the
galleried landing, also on this floor, we have a double bedroom with queen
sized bed and television and a twin room with single beds. Located
conveniently between
these rooms is a good sized bathroom with shower.

On
the ground floor we have two further bedrooms, the first a double with
queen sized bed overlooks and has direct access to
the pool deck area. A twin bedroom with single beds and television shares
a bathroom and shower, which is conveniently situated between these two
rooms. All three
bathrooms have hair dryers and UK adaptors, and the three double bedrooms
each have a alarm clock radio.

 The
12 by 28 foot custom built pool and Jacuzzi / spa is surrounded by a large extended deck area
with plenty of luxury pool furniture. This can be heated for your comfort
during the cooler winter months.
The south facing
proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees sunshine throughout the
day, allowing you to lie back, relax and soak up those Florida rays.

An
extensive covered lanai with ceiling fan gives excellent shade from the
sun. Here we have a table and chairs where you can enjoy a meal 'al
fresco' or drinks in the evening as the sun sets.
 As we are situated
on one of the highest points in central Florida, it is just possible that
on a clear night you may see the fireworks from Walt Disney World's EPCOT
resort!
A very
convenient feature of the pool area is the Pool Bathroom and the
poolside shower to keep you cool, but for those times when even swimming
and sunbathing is too much, you'll
be able to just sit back and relax in our luxury Jacuzzi.

pool safety fence is available for additional peace of mind should young
children be around.
